The last partner meeting, held in Nagykanizsa on 24th February 2022, served as an opportunity to record the scenes for the IC4HEDS promotional video.
Promotional videos, one about the intensive courses and the other about the IC4HEDS project as a whole, will help us present the importance and the results of the project in the best possible way. We hired a professional video producer to film and make the video. The project is nearing an end, so already we have a lot of quality video material of the workshops, joint courses and students’ visits to several institutions. However, we still needed the statements from the Hungarian side (lecturers, students, project team members).
The University of Pannonia hosted us at their premises where we held a short project meeting and afterwards recorded the statements. Making a promotional video is very challenging, especially for teachers and students, who aren’t used to being in front of the cameras, so good preparation is crucial. The preparation process included a detailed script and questions for the people giving the statements.
Assoc. prof. Szilárd Jaskó PhD talked about the joint activities of the students on both sides of the border, about the language barrier challenges and about how they overcame them. A student from the University of Pannonia, Martin Bertók, talked about the courses’ benefits. Csilla Cserti, our project partner from NKVG – Business incubator, talked about the workshops and the benefits students had from the joint activities such as intensive courses, workshops and study trips.
The whole filming process went well and all of our team members who found themselves in front of the camera did a great job. We believe that the IC4HEDS promotional video will be very good.
