Technology Innovation Centre Medimurje is a business incubator founded in 2009. The incubator operates in three buildings, boasting 3600 square meters.

We have been trying hard to support regional ICT scene ever since. More than 70 companies have gone through our incubation process since the establishment with 52 entities currently incubated.

Education, workshops, conferences, networking opportunities and above all, positive work environment, are some of the reasons companies choose to stay with us.

Our team

We’re a team of six, continuously bringing state of the art technology, proven business methods and latest digital trends to individuals sharing the same passion for progress as we do. We’re constantly searching for partners willing to share their ideas and gain insight into ours.

Project experience

We regularly prepare projects co-financed by EU and other funds in order to reach our goals. European structural and investment funds (ESIF), INTERREG Danube, INTERREG Hungary - Croatia, INTERREG V-A Slovenia-Croatia, Erasmus, Proof of Concept and EUREKA are among the programmes in which we possess years of experience and know how.

Our knowledge is available to potential partners willing to join us on our quest to build a stronger tech community. We are also working hard towards building operational resources and partner networks for R&D programmes

The incubator is located in former army barracks, dating back to Habsburg Monarchy. Once headquarters for young soldiers, today people fight different battles here; battles to disrupt regional digital scene. Besides being widely recognized for its ideal entrepreneurial environment, Medjimurje is also known for its untouched nature and hardworking people. Its capital, Čakovec, is located just a few hours away from major European cities, such as Zagreb, Vienna, Ljubljana or Budapest.
